I’m building a team of fitness coaches and I’m always looking for positive, like-minded people to join us end the trend of obesity while we get in the best shape of our lives.

A few things to consider before applying:

#1 — It doesn’t matter your age, fitness level, or expertise but, you must be willing and ready to get into the best shape of your life using nationally recognized fitness programs and nutrition – I will be coaching you not only on the business, but on best practices in nutrition and fitness. There is absolutely NO NEED to be at your goal body already, but you must be willing to lead by example and be a product of the products!

#2 – You must FULLY commit to completing ALL coach training assignments and agree to living OUTSIDE of your comfort zone! It’s my goal to help others fit their work around their LIFE, rather than fitting their life around their WORK.

#3 – You must be COACHABLE & COMMITTED. I am going to openly share in just 60 days what took me THOUSANDS of hours and HUNDREDS of mistakes to learn about and master this business! What I require in return is for you to meet me half way and want, will for and work for your success as much as I do.

I wanted to gain control again of my life and my body. As I was losing weight and getting healthy a lot of other moms were asking what I was doing. The thought hadn’t occurred to me that I could help other people and earn enough income to stay home with my kids but my DBF sure thought of it. He was like, “babe, you’re helping so many people and your checks keep getting bigger. You really need to think about how to make this a business so you can stay home.”

Say what!? By the time he thought of that it was around March and I had already made close to $2500 in bonuses and commissions. So with the help of the upline coaches on my team I decided to put my head down and work. If the kids were away or asleep I was working. Finding other moms like me that wanted to get back the energy and youthfulness they lost somewhere between diapers and mac n cheese.

Moms that were sick and tired of being sick and tired. In 6 months, I paid off my debt and paid my car in full. I qualified to go on a free rewards vacation cruise to Cozumel & Grand Cayman, and I FIRED MY BOSS!!! Was this a get rich quick scheme? Nope. Was it easy. Nope. It took me being willing to change my way of thinking, hear the word no, and keep pressing on. It meant I had to get up early and usually go to bed late. It meant my toilets weren’t always clean. But you know what. The look on my childrens face when I told them I get to tuck them in every night and won’t miss another school talent show was worth every single failure, defeat, upset, or hiccup in my journey.jump facebook momma t banner

I would not live my life any other way from here on out. Gotta FAITH IT til you MAKE IT!!

How do you know that when you invest in a fitness program that it is going to work for you?

What you can do is decide that you are going to HAVE FAITH in the process. That each day you will work hard, and each day you will give it your best! You won’t worry about being perfect, but you will do your own PERSONAL BEST!

Have faith that you are DESTINED for happiness and believe in yourself!

I can say that having “FAITH” helped me to see thru the ups and downs. It’s not easy but it is worth it! FAILURE is NEVER an option! Every obstacle is a learning experience and a chance to pay it forward to the next person I meet!

P90X3 PiYo Challenge Update Week 3

Phew!! This week really kicked my butt. We are in the middle of moving and I’m trying really hard to stay consistent with my workouts. Meals haven’t been perfect but, I have pre-made salads and my Shakeology ready to go at a moments notice so that when hunger strikes I can fight back.

Tony crippled me on Friday with P90X3 Accelator so yesterday’s PiYo Sculpt was less than ALL IN. I haven’t been sticking with my 6am wakeup this week because we are working so late into the night training new coaches and packing up the house.

What I love about my meal plan is that I get a little treat in each day and I don’t feel deprived like I have in the past.

And while PiYo and P90X3 aren’t consistent with my intensity during 21 Day Fix and Insanity programs I have to say they are growing on me and PiYo JUST MIGHT be my absolute favorite workout. I’m seriously considering getting certified to teach it. Unlike my Insanity classes I think PiYo is more universal in appeal and easily modified to fit every fitness level without intimidating. And, the flexibility factor is amazing for anyone, beginner to advanced, young and old.

I’m uber excited for Hardcore on the Floor this upcoming week and Drench is going to kill me 😉 I haven’t gone on my run yet today but I’m feeling like it’s going to be a dusk run to just let go of what this week has put me through mentally.

Aden’s birthday is on Saturday. It’s breaking my heart we didn’t get to do the birthday party we had planned for him. But, I’m trying to stay positive and know that everything will work out and he’ll know he’s loved and have fun no matter what we do (after a garage sale in the morning and cleaning our old house in the afternoon).

We have never gotten notice and moved within the same month before evvva so it’s grappling my mind to make sure everything is done and ready to go when it’s time to load the truck up on Friday. Keep us in your prayers!!!! ❤

Let me know what you like or don’t like about my meal plan! I loved this one from the week before so much I used it again! I’m a creature of habit and could eat the same thing day in and day out if I was pressed for ideas. My treat meal on Saturday was a Papa Napoli’s hot pastrami sandwich with mustard! OH em gee if I could only eat THOSE everyday! It was a real TREAT!!

Find the Opportunities

Find the OPPORTUNITIES.

ImageOpportunities: Find the opportunities in difficulties and not the difficulties in opportunities. No matter how bad a situation appears, there is always a positive resulting opportunity if you look for it. It is up to YOU, not someone else, to find that opportunity and decide to make things positive.

Solutions: There is a solution for EVERYONE. You can live with your excuses or you can find solutions. It IS black and white. There is NO grey area. There is a working formula for everyone and there is no exception to the rule.  There is always a solution. You may  just need to think outside of the box or ask for help to find it.

Choice: It is no one else’s fault that you are not where you want to be in life. You make choices every step of the way and you decide every moment to go left or right. No one force feeds you junk food. No one makes all of your decisions for you all of the time.  No matter how bad your situation is, you can control your reaction to things or your attitude about them. This is all up to you.

Success: Sure, it may be harder and more difficult for some and easier for others. Life isn’t always fair but get over it! Figure out a way to make things work for you. There is ALWAYS a formula for success. The stories go both ways. There are stories of those who seem to have black clouds follow them around all of the time and chose to be miserable and there are stories of those who beat the odds and wow the world despite misfortune and bad luck. Be the second one.

You chose every single day to be optimistic or pessimistic and you can always control your attitude. It is no one else’s fault. Stop blaming, start working for things and get over yourself and get over your excuses. If you need help, don’t be miserable, don’t complain, don’t put down and insult others for living their best life. Congratulate them and ask them for help.

Excuses or solutions… you decide. ❤
