10 DAY MINI-CHALLENGE

The 10-day Shakeology Challenge is designed for people who need a little help getting their fitness and nutrition journey going, but aren’t ready to commit to a full 30, 60 or 90-day program yet. This Shakeology Challenge will help you lose weight, incorporate exercise into your daily routine and get in the habit of eating five healthy, balanced meals a day. During the ten days, you will be asked to:

  • Drink Shakeology every day
  • Exercise 8 of the 10 days for at least 30 minutes
  • Drink at least 64 oz. of water per day
  • Follow our 10-day meal plan
  • Weigh in only on days 1, 5 and 11 (for 10 full days of nutrition and exercise)


For extra support during your 10-day Shakeology challenge, add Tawnya Jean on Facebook  and make her your coach so she can get you added to our FREE support and accountability group. This is also where you’ll be given the 10-day meal plan.
